Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble mechanical and electrical components for carwash systems.

You will interpret blueprints, follow procedures, and work with jigs and power tools to build equipment in a fast-paced team environment. You will keep daily and monthly build schedules on track, perform routine inspections, assist with packaging shipments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand/tools.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, schematics, and production documents.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components per specifications and drawings.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Follow established assembly procedures using jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Perform routine inspections on components and report deviations.
