Links Car Wash is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize automated car wash equipment across locations. The role focuses on reducing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient operation of conveyors, pumps, motors, and control systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, and field service, with a willingness to work at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, mechanical repair, or electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics or automated equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on automated car wash systems, conveyors, pumps, motors, dryers, vacuums, control panels, and water treatment equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before breakdowns occur.
• Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, relays, switches, pumps, and other components.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and repair documentation.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts; coordinate parts ordering and vendor support.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or upgrades.
• Ensure OSHA lockout/tagout and safety policy compliance.
