National Carwash Solutions, INC in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an Assembly Technician to help build large and small parts according to detailed instructions. You will gather parts, operate hand and power tools, and ensure correct connections while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read procedures in English.

Qualifications

Must have assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret manuals and specifications.
Strong math and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprint specifications to construct assemblies.
Gather necessary parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, components and fixtures.
Measure, cut, strip, and connect wires, cables, or hoses in assembled parts or products.
Position parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Examine connections for correct fit.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment or materials to Production Supervisor.
Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Comply with OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and safety policies.
