Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring Production and Bakery Laborers for our 3rd shift (5:40pm-5:50am) to produce high-quality pizzas within a fast-paced production environment. Starting pay is $22.52 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

This role offers comprehensive benefits after 30 days and 12-hour work shifts. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, have basic English skills, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while operating equipment across production, packaging, and bakery areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team-based environment.
• Basic English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to work in cold and hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate departmental equipment in production, packaging, and bakeries to produce quality pizzas.
• Participate in housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Opportunity for advancement within 12 months to machine operator level positions.
