Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver exemplary guest service while maintaining cart and range operations. You will greet members, assist with cart handling, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.

Responsibilities include cart maintenance, range upkeep, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism. Prior golf-related experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. This role involves on-site work with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; golf-related education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all members and guests, provide instruction on proper cart handling.
• Maintain golf cart fleet by washing, stocking amenities, and reporting mechanical issues.
• Maintain the range in proper condition including balls, mats, and equipment.
• Provide customer service by fielding concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts (tires, spark plugs, etc.).
• Maintain range environment (water, trash, facility upkeep).
• Train other cart attendants to ensure consistent service.
• Support all American Golf initiatives and programs as requested.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
