Job summary

American Golf Corporation is looking for a Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver top guest service while maintaining our cart fleet and range operations. You will greet members, assist with cart loading, and ensure carts are clean, fueled, and free of mechanical issues.

The role also covers maintaining the range, stocking balls, rotating mats, and assisting with ball cleaning and disposal. Evening and weekend shifts may apply, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required for this position.
• The ability to operate the following equipment: golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser, pressure washer and golf cart jack.
• Education in golf or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide instruction on proper cart handling and loading of clubs onto golf carts as needed.
• Maintain golf cart fleet by washing/detailing, stocking amenities, removing trash, ensuring fuel/power, and reporting mechanical issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain range by ensuring adequate balls, cleaning/delivering balls, mat rotation, ensuring lighting, tee alignment, and cleanliness of water and ball cleaners.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts (tires, spark plugs) and range environment (water in coolers, trash) as needed.
• Train other cart attendants and support company initiatives as requested.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
