Job summary

ShopRite Stratford is seeking a CSA/Carts Clerk to deliver a great customer experience and assist customers with groceries. The role includes collecting and returning carts, maintaining a clean store area, and adhering to safety and attendance policies.

The position is a full-time, non-union role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other programs. Applicants must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Follow time and attendance policies and work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, neat, safe work/shopping environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Collect and return shopping carts; assist customers with groceries as needed.
