You will assist with carts, parking lot upkeep, trash collection, cleaning, and cross-department support to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cart retrieval from outside to inside the store.
• Collect and manage parking lot, lawn, and store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment when needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Assist with basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrances, check lanes and parking areas.
• Support departments across Health and Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card/Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
