Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Carside Server to deliver a friendly, efficient experience for guests both in the dining room and in their vehicles. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, and ensure accurate packaging for carside service.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll contribute to a clean, safe environment and assist with payments and overall guest

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Good attitude toward teamwork.
• Strong work ethic with initiative.
• Ability to communicate with guests verbally in person or over the phone.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and interact to create a friendly, upbeat environment.
• Familiarize guests with the menu and suggest items when requested.
• Take guest orders in person or by phone and input into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests at their car or in the dining room.
• Pre-bus tables, restock, and reset the area; keep the area clean.
