Fiorella's Jack Stack BBQ is seeking a friendly Carryout Guest Service team member in Lenexa, KS. You will take orders, process payments, read orders back for accuracy, and explain menu items to guests to ensure satisfaction.

In stores with Curbside Express, you will deliver orders to guests' cars when needed and assist with curbside procedures. Ideal candidates are at least 18, comfortable using a POS system, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sanitation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and explain menu items and specials.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Take carryout orders by phone and in person.
• Process payments accurately.
• Explain menu items and specials to guests.
• Hand off food to guests and assist with curbside pickup where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and carryout area.
