Job summary

Jack Stack BBQ in Lenexa, KS is hiring a friendly Carryout Cashier to take orders and collect payment for all carryout orders. In stores with Curbside Express, you will deliver food to guests' cars and explain the process.

You will read orders back for accuracy, upsell menu items, maintain a clean station, and follow sanitation rules while providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Cannot be convicted of a felony.
• Previous customer relations experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Takes all carryout phone and walk-in orders.
• Reads orders back to guests to ensure accuracy.
• Explains menu and specials to guests.
• Suggestively sells appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts and beverages.
• Delivers food and beverages to guest cars where curbside Express is offered.
• Accurately collects and manages monies for items sold.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment for guests.
