Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a seasoned professional to join the HCM Long Term Incentives team in Washington, DC. You will manage carried interest, CIP allocations and related reporting, collaborating with Legal, Tax, Fund Management and HCM colleagues to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

You will also analyze complex data, prepare schedules, and support year-end and ad hoc projects, contributing to system enhancements and efficiencies across CTR, Appian and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of work experience in financial services; executive compensation experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Review carry allocations data for CTR and ensure accuracy; collaborate with LTI Analysts for corrections.
• Prepare schedules and reports for analysis and management communications.
• Assist with Equity Partner list and PWC Transfer Matrix for Tax to ensure LPs are captured for K‑1s.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Fund Management and LTI to resolve fund-related issues.
• Assist with annual year-end COMP process and design of new functionality and testing of data and reporting.
