Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
• Executive compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Fund Management and Partnership Accounting for fund summaries.
• Review and maintain investment and carry allocation data.
• Prepare customized vesting schedules for participants.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent time and project management skills

Detail-oriented

Excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral)

Education

Bachelor's degree

Concentration in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
