1P284 THE CARLYLE GROUP EMPLOYEE CO., LLC’s Carlyle Global Credit is seeking an experienced professional to support all aspects of fund management including finance, operations, tax, fund accounting and financial reporting for the Liquid Credit business's closed-end carry funds. This role focuses on CLO and Revolving Loan programs and requires strong accounting and finance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in private credit or accounting.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP with focus on consolidations and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fund management and operations across multiple entities and tax documentation.
• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting and investor reporting.
• Review valuation models and assist with quarterly Sub-Committee materials.
• Manage tax workbooks, SOX/SOC1 coordination, and external audit requests.
• Support capital activity, distributions, and management fee reviews.
