Job summary

Buchanan Hauling & Rigging is seeking a Carrier Sales Coordinator Team Lead to manage load tracking from start to finish and train new staff. You will audit boards daily, rearrange tracking boards, and relay critical load information to Account Managers.

You will also update ETAs, handle POD and invoicing requests, and resolve issues as they arise. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities expanding as

Responsibilities

• Track designated loads from start to finish, including calls, emails, texts for information from Dispatchers and Drivers.
• Trainer for new employees.
• Daily audits of team members boards.
• Rearrange and assign tracking boards as needed.
• Relay information to Account Managers with load documentation.
• Update ETAs for arrival and departure as provided by the carrier.
• Make daily transit calls.
• Request POD and invoice upon delivery of a load.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution when issues arise.
