Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics is expanding our Miami team and seeking ambitious individuals who want more than a typical entry-level role. You’ll begin with a 2–3 week paid training program in our Miami office, led by our Sales Manager.

After training, you’ll join Carrier Sales to learn freight movement across the U.S. and Canada, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem solving in a fast-paced sales setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Customer service experience is required; sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with transportation carriers across the U.S.
• Source truck capacity and negotiate rates through calls, emails, and networking
• Coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and support on-time delivery
• Partner with Sales and Operations to move freight successfully
• Maintain accurate records and meet daily and weekly performance targets

Western Alliance Logistics is growing our Miami team and looking for ambitious people who want more than a typical entry-level job. You don't need logistics experience. We'll teach you the industry, give you the tools, and expect you to perform.

You’ll start with a 2–3 week paid training program in our Miami office, led by our Sales Manager. From there, you’ll enter Carrier Sales, learning how freight moves across the U.S. and Canada, how to negotiate, build relationships, solve problems, and perform in a fast-paced sales environment.

For strong performers, Carrier Sales is only the beginning. Our goal is to develop talent internally and create opportunities to progress into Inside Sales and ultimately Account Executive positions.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with transportation carriers across the U.S.


• Source truck capacity and negotiate rates through calls, emails, and networking

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required


• Customer service experience required; sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is an asset


• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven


• Confident communicator who can build relationships over the phone


• Coachable, adaptable, and able to solve problems under pressure


• Comfortable working toward measurable performance targets


• English required; Spanish or French is an asset
