About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As the Carrier Sales Rep, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment. We welcome a prospective team member who can help push our vision forward. You will partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit InsurePay. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.

  • Work with insurance carriers to foster relationships, grow revenue, and learn more about the market
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects using CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations tailored to client needs and business challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Product Teams to deliver compelling value propositions and customized solutions
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with C-level executives and procurement teams
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars (when applicable)

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience selling to large organizations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft tools
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
