Job Summary

This role focuses on leading discovery calls and following up with warm leads, with no cold calling or lead generation required. You’ll speak with experienced professionals who already want to work with the company, build trust, understand their goals, and help them decide if the coaching program is the right next step.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled 1:1 discovery calls.
  • Build rapport quickly with senior-level professionals (e.g., Senior, Principal, Director roles).
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and career vision.
  • Clearly communicate the value and outcomes of the coaching program.
  • Guide leads through the decision-making process with honesty and confidence.
  • Handle objections and questions.
  • Follow up with leads via email and/or LinkedIn.
  • Track all interactions, notes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM (Slack or Monday).
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, common objections, and process improvements to the team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth handoff for enrolled clients.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales (preferably in coaching, recruiting, or a service-based business).
  • Strong communication skills: you know how to ask the right questions, listen actively, and lead meaningful conversations.
  • Confidence and comfort speaking with senior-level professionals (Directors, VPs, etc.).
  • Self-starter mentality: you’re reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours (EST).
