Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-minded, and driven entry-level sales representative with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with proven issue resolution skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new carriers through lead generation, research, and cold calling.
• Build strong relationships with trucking company contacts including dispatchers and drivers.
• Obtain new business, negotiate, and align your carrier portfolio with customer freight.
• Identify issues and resolve problems to uphold service commitments.
• Ensure shipment details are communicated to drivers and tracked in the TMS.
• Collaborate with customer operations, account management, and customer sales.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
