Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a 3PL environment, with hands-on experience booking trucks.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic.
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrier Acquisition & Development Dynamo: develop and increase profitable volume with existing and new carriers; build relationships to understand carriers' business and lanes.
• Exceptional Customer Service: deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Branch Operations Navigator: assist in daily office operations, loads, carriers, calls, and scheduling; update systems and customers.
• Process Upholder: follow processes to qualify and match carriers for shipments based on service required.
