Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or logistics/dispatch experience preferred.
• FMCSA and DOT awareness.
• Elog experience is a plus.
• Solid Excel skills and proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to learn our TMS quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and manage loads from tender to delivery.
• Work the load board to minimize unassigned orders.
• Build carrier relationships and communicate updates proactively.
• Balance carrier revenue with service requirements and company margins.
