Qualifications

• 5–7 years of insurance industry operations experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of mergers/acquisitions/system conversion experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of carrier relationship/portal administration/contracting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-closing carrier onboarding and conversion timing through full resolution.
• Determine, for each acquired carrier code, whether to combine, fold in, close, or retain codes.
• Oversee carrier portal access, statements, logins, and user permissions for each code.
• Coordinate access changes through outsource vendor for hires, departures, and terminations.
• Lead legacy code cleanup and ensure accurate codes, names, and tax IDs.
• Manage transitions from aggregators to markets with direct appointments.
