You’ll report to senior leadership and collaborate with sales and operations.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced logistics professional with a background in freight, trucking, carrier relations, carrier vetting, or transportation procurement.

Responsibilities

• Vet new and existing carriers to ensure they meet company safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate carrier profiles, documentation, and setup records
• Identify safe, qualified carrier capacity using current tools and innovative sourcing strategies
• Manage pricing for bids, RFQs, and customer opportunities
• Partner closely with the sales team to source reliable carrier capacity
• Provide timely follow-up and support throughout the carrier sourcing process
• Help strengthen and improve carrier procurement and compliance processes
