Job summary

Transforming Age seeks an Executive Director for Carriage Oaks, a senior living community in St. Charles, IL.

You will provide leadership for the Community and its staff, guiding the team and implementing programs with Regional and Corporate input. You will lead a comprehensive Sales and Marketing plan to drive census, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee operations to meet financial and budgetary objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living industry.
• Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living industry experience.
• Experience and knowledge dealing with senior population.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the Community and its staff.
• Supervises and guides Carriage Oaks community team members.
• Implements programs and services for residents in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implements and executes a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census.
• Directs the management team to ensure the success of the Community including resident and staff relations and safety.

This role pays between $85,000 to $95.000 DOE with an incentive program.

Our Executive Director:

Provides leadership for the Community and its staff.

Supervises and guides Carriage Oaks community team members.

Implements programs and services for residents that are developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff members.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Implements and executes a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census.

Directs the management team to ensure the success of the Community including the following:

Works with residents, family and responsible parties to achieve a high level of satisfaction.

Maintains a positive relationship with the professional community.

Facilitates open communication with staff and peers.

Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records as appropriate.

Leads all areas of operations meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.

Maintains oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.

Operates Carriage Oaks in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.

Oversees implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.

Works with a not-for-profit board of directors.

Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living industry.

Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living industry experience.

Experience and knowledge dealing with senior population

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
