Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
• Carpet cleaning experience.
• Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work.
• Must be well-versed on chemicals and their use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Work with efficiency and quality.
• Inspect all areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains.
• Determine washing method based on condition.
• Cleaning method: vacuum dirt, pre-treat stains, walk all assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
