You will translate client requirements into production-ready renderings and support the end-to-end process from concept to installation. The role requires 1–5 years in rug/carpet design, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of rug/carpet or textile design and production experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of rug constructions, fiber types, and performance characteristics.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Clear communicator with sales teams and overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create scaled digital artwork renderings for custom carpet requests.
• Translate client specifications into production-ready artwork files.
• Support revisions through client sign-off and maintain artwork archives.
• Coordinate with mills and vendors to send final artwork and color matches.
• Assist in colorway and material development based on project needs.
• Track orders through production milestones with mills.
