Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Technician to respond to service calls and carry out restoration tasks following established guidelines. You will coordinate with the crew chief to satisfy customer needs and help maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, willingness to travel locally and out of state, and a high school diploma or GED. IICRC credentials are a plus, with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
IICRC certifications preferred.
Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies for each project.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Perform production processes following production guidelines per crew chief directions.
Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians about customer needs.
