Qualifications

  • Massachusetts CVTE Carpentry Technology certification is required.

  • Be a role model for students and the public.
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, teach, and evaluate Carpentry courses aligned to MA CVTE frameworks.
  • Develop lesson plans and organize class time for demonstrations and hands-on practice.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports for program management.
  • Incorporate technology into instruction and applications.
  • Develop work-based experiences and industry partnerships.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
