Job summary

Renewal by Andersen - Middletown is seeking a Service Technician to respond to on-site window and door service requests, assess, repair, and replace parts to ensure proper functioning. You will troubleshoot and address warranty issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction in the Middletown area.

The role requires 3-5 years of installation experience, knowledge of custom windows/doors, and the ability to perform minor trim work with tools such as a metal brake and caulking.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience installing windows and doors.
• Custom window and door installation knowledge.
• Experience using a metal brake and caulking.
• Familiar with minor trim work around windows and patio doors, inside and out.
• Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component.
• Good iPad/tablet skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build quick rapport.
• Valid driver’s license
