Qualifications

• Trade school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years journeyman level carpentry experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and using power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and pertinent data.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures per CMMS.
• Install, repair, modify, and maintain walls, doors, window jams, flooring, ceilings, cabinets and hardware.
• Layout and install doors and partitions in masonry and drywall.
• Layout and install acoustical ceiling systems and resilient flooring.
• Hang doors; install and repair windows flashing and expansion joints.
• Travel to off-site locations with a valid driver’s license as needed.
