Job summary

Closets by Design Nashville is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist with installation projects. You will help Installers, communicate with clients professionally, and operate company tools and a vehicle safely. No weekends and paid training are described.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Closet, garage or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
• Support installation team to maintain safety and efficiency.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
