Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with professional and safe installation of closets, home offices, and related products. You will help maintain high quality workmanship and support on-site logistics and client communication.

Responsibilities include operating the company vehicle and tools, coordinating with clients to meet expectations, and ensuring a clean, safe job site while contributing to efficient, on-time installations and customer

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Good personal organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of closets, home offices, and related products in a safe, high-quality manner.
• Operate company vehicle and tools as directed.
• Communicate with clients professionally to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Support logistics and cleanup after installations and maintain job-site safety.

Carpentry/Installer Helper

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
