Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring an Installer in Cincinnati, OH to install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes, following drawings and using hand/power tools with safety in mind. You will measure, cut, and fit materials under guidance from the lead carpenter, ensuring quality and organization on site.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, generous benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must possess and maintain a current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Install experience with closets, garages or offices preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow drawings and safely use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
