Job summary

Closets by Design Cincinnati is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to support Installers in the safe, high-quality installation of custom closets and home organization systems. You will learn the trade, follow established procedures, and communicate clearly with customers during the project.

This franchise emphasizes reliable schedules (Mon-Fri, no weekends), paid training, competitive pay with bonuses, health and retirement benefits, and a collaborative team culture as you build your skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in closet/garage/office installation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent personal organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with installation of products.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely.
• Maintain safety and quality during installations.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
