Window Measure Technician

Renewal by Andersen - Rome, GA

Responsibilities:

1. Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assess labor/materials.
2. Provide installation solutions that meet customer expectations for cost-effective window replacement.
3. Recognize situations that could impact customer expectations.
4. Maintain thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation procedures.
5. Understand and adhere to Renewal's processes and standards.
6. Provide accurate measurements and document job-related circumstances promptly.
7. Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring acceptance of proposed solutions and/or alternative installation techniques.

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing, or remodeling experience.
2. Experience in window installation and measuring.
3. Strong communication skills, including clear written messages.
4. Mechanical aptitude.
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Ability to navigate an iPad.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $25-$27 plus bonus after training.

Schedule:
