Description:

MoBA Construction is a design-forward remodeling company focused on delivering high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations in Peoria, IL. We’re hiring a Remodeling Apprentice to support daily operations, assist with skilled trades, and grow into a long-term leadership role.

This is a year-round position for someone dependable, polished, and passionate about craftsmanship. You’ll work directly under the owner, who is also the lead carpenter and project manager, and gain deep exposure to best-in-class building methods and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain clean, protected job sites
• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work
• Pick up materials and tools as needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride

Requirements:

• 2+ years of on-site construction or remodeling experience preferred (but we’re open to less for the right fit)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work independently and follow direction
• Presentable, punctual, and communicative
• Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company
• Pay based on experience: $22–$30+/hr
