The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Carpenter for the Central Water Group/Bud Ervin WTP Phase V Expansion Package #3 in Mansfield, TX. The role involves building wooden structures for bridges, walls, and drainage, using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines at commercial and heavy civil sites.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of verifiable experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a drug screen, and work safely in varying weather conditions while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years verifiable carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must comply with safety policies and communicate effectively with crewmembers.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Measure distance and mark guidelines for layout.
• Construct and install wooden structures per prefab units for bridges, walls, and drainage structures.
• Assist with installation of awnings and metal decking for concrete slabs when needed.
• Operate carpentry hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
