Job summary

Archer Western Construction, LLC is seeking a Carpenter for the Central Water Group/Bud Ervin WTP Phase V Expansion Package #3 in Mansfield, TX. Responsibilities include measuring and laying out work, building and installing structures, and assisting with decking or awning installations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years verifiable carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stand/bend/sit for long periods
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Measure distance and mark guidelines for layout
• Build and install wooden structures in line with prefabricated units
• Assist with installation of awnings and metal decking for slabs
• Operate carpentry tools, belts and related machinery
