Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands‑on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This is a foundational field position for someone who has enough carpentry experience to be a strong team member, while remaining willing to learn, develop their skills, and grow within H&H Builders' systems and processes.

You’ll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and wants to continue building their skills in residential remodeling.

This is a field‑focused role with clear direction and support, not a management position.
