Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager based in Cottage Grove, MN, with travel to Twin Cities area clinics for project work. 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period) and 10-hour day/evening/night shifts. Occasional weekends.

You will lead construction/renovation across healthcare sites, coordinating staff and contractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget. The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, budget support, and collaboration with clinical teams and facilities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required principle competencies as listed on the job description.
• Associate's or Vocational Degree - In construction trades
• 2+ years Construction experience

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees daily construction and renovation activities across healthcare sites, coordinate internal & external construction assets.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations including building codes, ICRA, ILSM, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Manages project schedules, sequencing, and logistics in active/occupied environments.
• Leads safety programs, enforce OSHA compliance, and conduct site safety audits.
• Coordinates with facility leadership, clinical departments, and stakeholders for project execution.
• Manages project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.
• Supports budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning for construction activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
