Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter to join our Operations team on a project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time position supporting field supervision and emphasizing safety and craftsmanship.

Qualified candidates will have 5 years of construction experience, the ability to read drawings, OSHA 10 and fall protection training, and the physical capacity to lift 50–100 lbs. The role may require overtime and outdoor work on a demanding site.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction experience.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• OSHA 10 and fall protection training or equivalent.
• Ownership of tasks, professionalism and problem-solving.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift 50–100 lbs for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors and in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, steps, ladders and weather enclosures.
• Sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling and related tasks as directed.
• Experience with concrete is a huge plus.
