Holder Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Operations team on a full-time project in Franklin Furnace, OH. You will build and maintain safety features, set up temporary protections, and support field supervision with hands-on carpentry work.

Ideal candidates have five years of construction experience, can read drawings, follow OSHA 10 safety protocols, and can lift 50–100 lbs while working outdoors on varied terrain.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction experience.
• Ability to read basic drawings.
• Training on construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection).
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs and work on uneven surfaces.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders and be mobile on site.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and maintains safety handrails, hole protection, steps, ladders, and temporary enclosures.
• Performs sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and related tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Experience with concrete is a plus on job sites.
