Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Operations team on our Conesville, OH project. This full-time, on-site role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to read basic drawings.

Responsibilities include constructing and maintaining safety handrails, sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, and drilling, with concrete experience a huge plus; candidates must be able to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• OSHA 10 and fall protection training are required or desired.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, steps and ladders, and temporary weather enclosures.
• Perform sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Experience with concrete is a plus.
