Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level carpentry experience (4+ years).
• Fireproofing experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret layouts.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and drawings to determine project layout and materials.
• Cut, shape, and fit materials using hand/power tools.
• Follow safety rules to maintain a safe workplace.
• Erect scaffolding, forms, and ramps as needed.
• Repair/replace damaged parts and maintain progress records.
• Erect and finish concrete forms and structures.
• Verify trueness of structures and set grades.
