Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

TO LEAD CARPENTER - YEAR-ROUND WORK WITH BENEFITS!

Salary Range: Starts at $25-$40 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position: We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patches and painting to complete home rebuilds. Located in Maple Grove, MN, this position offers a consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team environment, providing a permanent career opportunity.

The pay starts at $25-$40/hour, with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Benefits include six paid holidays, PTO accrual, a Floating Holiday, overtime pay at 40+, and double time after 60+. As a growing company, there are advancement opportunities. Note: Tradesmen will focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Remodeling experience

• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen

Specific skills:

• Drywall finishing: Prepare drywall surfaces, work with joint knives, sanders, drywall compound, tape, mud, and sand drywall joints.
• Finish carpentry: Install trim, baseboards, molding, fit cabinets, ensure precise measurements and finishes, work with wood materials.
