Qualifications

3-5 years verifiable carpenter experience preferred.
Ability to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder.
Lift up to 50 lbs; work in adverse weather conditions.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

Measures distance and marks guidelines for laying out work.
Builds and installs wooden structures in line with prefabricated units.
Assist with installation of awnings or metal decking for concrete slabs when needed.
Uses carpenter’s belt with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
