Job summary

Craftsmen Resources LLC in Oklahoma is seeking a Commercial Carpenter and Concrete Laborer in Broken Arrow to install, finish, and repair woodwork in retail, office, and institutional buildings. As a Commercial Carpenter you will read blueprints, frame walls, install doors and millwork, and coordinate with project managers and other trades.

The role is full-time, on-site with potential overtime, and requires 3+ years’ experience and an OK driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience in new construction and renovation projects.
• Proficiency with framing carpentry, finish trim, and custom millwork.
• Strong ability to read and work from blueprints, drawings, and cut lists.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power saws, routers, and layout instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
• Must have OK Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and material specifications.
• Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roof structures using dimensional lumber and engineered components.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, custom millwork, and finish carpentry elements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, or composite materials with hand and power tools.
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork, fixtures, and trim to maintain structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper fit, finish, and project sequencing.
• Repair and Replace damaged concrete with proper forms and finishing technique to maintain structure integrity and aesthetics.
• Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection and proper tool handling.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Carpenter, you will interpret blueprints and specifications to build, install, and repair interior and exterior wood structures. You’ll coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to sequence carpentry work while adhering to local codes and architectural requirements. This full-time, on-site role offers steady hours, optional overtime, and clear advancement opportunities.
