Job summary

Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter for on-site work in Oklahoma. The role covers building, finishing, and repairing interior/exterior wood structures in commercial settings, with collaboration across project managers and other trades.

You will interpret plans, perform framing and millwork, and ensure compliance with local codes. Overtime may be available; strong craftsmanship and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience in new construction and renovation
• Proficiency with framing carpentry, finish trim, and custom millwork
• Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and cut lists
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power saws, routers, and layout instruments
• Excellent attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and material specifications
• Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roof structures using dimensional lumber and engineered components
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, custom millwork, and finish carpentry elements
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, or composite materials with hand and power tools
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork, fixtures, and trim to maintain structural integrity and aesthetics
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper fit, finish, and project sequencing
• Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection and proper tool handling
