About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Carpenter to join our team. This position works closely with the Carpenter Foreman to complete a variety of commercial construction projects while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of commercial carpentry work, including framing, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, millwork, drywall, and general construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans.
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately and efficiently.
- Complete assigned work independently while following direction from the Carpenter Foreman.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
- Assist with material handling, jobsite setup, and maintaining an organized work area.
- Identify potential issues or concerns and communicate them to the Foreman.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and company standards on every project.
- Work professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred, particularly with metal stud and wood framing.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately follow project plans.
- Experience using a variety of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the workday.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
