We are looking for full-time carpenters. The position is responsible for carpentry work, drywall repair, flooring installation, painting, and all other aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities may include leading and directing one or several crew members and/or subcontractors, reading scopes, assessing project needs, sourcing materials, and completing the work within the assigned scope. This may involve entire projects or specific elements, such as installing kitchen cabinets or finishing punch items. Pay is based on experience.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

• 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Excellent skills in rough and finish carpentry
• Proficiency in installing cabinets
• Ability to measure, cut, paint/finish, and install trim
• Flooring experience
• Basic rough carpentry skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proven leadership ability to take and give directions
• Able to work well with a team
• Able to use smartphone for work apps
• Maintained a valid driver’s license
• Background check

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging, and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
